Pinot Noir

2005 Anderson Valley Pinot Noir Reserve
Anderson Valley

The grapes for our Pinot Noir are harvested from six clones in separate vineyards between the towns of Booneville & Filo in the Anderson Valley. Using a classic Burgundy technique, the wine is cap punched two times a day during a long, slow fermentation. The result is a wine with bold flavors of cherry, plum and hints of spice followed by an incredibly silky texture that glides across the palate. This wine pairs well with a variety of foods, including grilled salmon or roast duck.
