Rodney’s Vineyard has some very distinctive flavor characteristics in its Syrah such as notes of clove, anise, dried herbs and a smoky quality to go along with black fruits.
By focusing on a single block of this vineyard located in the well-drained upper mesa, we are trying to narrow the fruit source even more and really accentuate the very best of what this vineyard has to offer.
This wine is exceptionally complex, balanced, rich and juicy, and sure to deliver on the palate.
