2005 Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay. Seperated at the time of pressing, half was barrel fermented, the other half was tank fermented. A welcomed change of pace to the big Sur-Lee Chardonnays. This crisp and fruity wine is great with heavy cream sauces, and has just the right amount of lightly oaked character. Great on a hot day!
