"Allwin," our Syrah, is named for Thomas Baldacci's grandmother. The Syrah grapes come from an outstanding vineyard in the Combsville area of Napa. The wine is dark garnet color with aromas of ripe red fruit, vanilla bean and pomegranate. In the glass, the wine is full-bodied loaded with black fruit flavors. Even the finish doesn't disappoint with mouth-watering tannins and lingering flavors of black tea and taosty caramel.
