2005 Chardonnay
De Luz Highlands

This 2005 vintage Chardonnay greets us with a beautiful honeysuckle and apple aroma. It's flavors of apple, pear, nutmeg and vanilla are refreshing and pure. It has a slightly creamy/yeasty mouthfeel and long finish.


It should match very well with fish fillets, especially rich fish like swordfish or tuna, broiled lobster and grilled prawns. It also matches well with poultry dishes and semi-soft cheeses.
