Bronze Medal- Orange County Fair Chardonnay, Paragon Vineyard is rich with layers of grapefruit, pear, apple and spice. It is a lighter style of Chardonnay then past years. Flavors are also wrapped with delightful mineral notes which are integrated with Almond, caramel, vanilla, banana, smoke, and toast. It is complex, rich, with an explosion of fruit that is extremely well balanced. It has well defined depth, silky texture, balanced acidity and a clean crisp finish.
