We've never made a Syrah this beautiful in every way, from the color to the amazing finish. It's gloriously deep and dark, and tantalizes your nose with a wealth of intriguing aromas. You might find a ham and Swiss sandwich in there, plus olives, sweet sandalwood, and toasted pumpernicker bread. The white pepper is most amazing, and continues onto the palate, along with delectable flavors of salami, ollalieberry and blueberry jam. On the back end, tart goosebery and ginger really spice up the finish, which doesn't quit easily. This is one precocious wine that evolves in the glass and never ceases to amaze. This wine spent 12 months on American Oak. Enjoy this wine now.
