Our special blend is a delightful assemblage of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon,20% Cabernet Franc and 40% Merlot. This is a lovely, rich, deeply colored full bodied red blend with big, ripe, fine grained tanins, well integrated with lovely plum, black cherry and spice with a long smooth finish. Pairs well with Roasted, Broiled or Barbequed Beef: Steaks, London Broil, Prime Rib, Ribs, Tri-Tip Roast.
