90% Santa Barbara Syrah. Elegant Rhone-style Syrah with flavors of dark fruit, and aromas of smoke and coffee. Medium-bodied tannins with layers of oak, pepper, and spice. Aged in new French oak barrels. Pairs well with herb crusted roast meats, or pan-roasted vegetables.
