With 167 small vineyard blocks and 13 different clones of Pinot Noir, our 1000-acre Carneros Ramal Vineyard Estate offers a gorgeously complex palette of aroma, flavor and texture. Our winemaker Jeff Stewart selects individual barrels to layer this subtly complex, expressive blend together, creating a Pinot Noir with remarkable depth and nuance. Incredibly aromatic in the glass, aromas of blueberry, violet, chocolate, clove and anise overlay subtle earth and forest floor. Flavors of rich raspberry, plum and alluring candied ginger lead to a long finish with bright acidity and silky tannins.
