The nose of the 2005 Deer Camp Pinot Noir is filled with saturated boysenberry and blueberry notes and hints of clove, smoke, turned earth and lavender. Black cherry, blackberry and cola flavors carry over on the palate of this full-bodied wine. This is a powerful and serious Pinot Noir with great depth of fruit, ample tannins and vitality.
