I'm not a fan of dessert wines, but this was really very nice. The wine tastes strongly of bottled apricots. It is about as sweet as an apricot and not at all syrupy like many dessert wines. It is very drinkable. It start out full of apricot flavor and ends with more subtle hints of pear. Sorry, no sophisticated wine tasting terminology here.
Pairs well with stilton cheese (apricot or mango ginger)
