The finished wine has expressive aromatic notes of ripe, white peach, melon, papaya, guava and exotic fruit, and a hint of toast and vanilla bean. On the palate, the texture is round and the fruit plays off of a solid core, giving the wine both complexity and length. It finishes cleanly with both a refreshing citrus and mineral quality that will complement grilled fish or chicken, and your favorite shellfish.
