Job Description:
We are a well established major grower, producer, and distributor of premium varietal wines in the California wine industry.
The ideal candidate will lead our sales staff in the Marin, Sonoma and Napa county areas. Must establish sales goals and objectives within the region, evaluate the skills and abilities of the Broad Market Sales Reps, and maintain accountability for all accounts in areas of responsibility. The Sales Manager must also work independently to increase sales in respective territories and participate in company sales events as directed by senior management.

Qualifications:
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years of relevant wine and/or spirits sales management experience, extensive communication, interpersonal skills, and outstanding organizational ability. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Relocation is required.
