Duckhorn Vineyards will be serving Roast Turkey with Italian Sausage, Chestnut, Quince and Cornbread Stuffing paired with its 2006 Napa Valley Merlot. Paraduxx will be offering Slow Braised Short Ribs paired with the 2006 Paraduxx. And Goldeneye will be dishing up Sweet Potato & Mushroom Casserole alongside the 2005 Goldeneye Pinot Noir.
