|Details: Join us as we welcome internationally known chef and founder of Aidells’s Sausage, Bruce Aidells, to Lambert Bridge Winery for an intimate dinner featuring a one-of-a-kind menu from his current cookbook “Bruce Aidells’s Complete Book of Pork”. Menu is prepared by local celebrity chef Jeff Mall of Zin Restaurant. You will have the opportunity to meet Bruce and engage in one-on-one discussions about menu influences, delve into recipe techniques and perhaps steal a preparation secret or two to try at home.
