| Details: This special Thanksgiving food and wine pairing event will feature delicious holiday food complements at Duckhorn Vineyards, Goldeneye and Paraduxx wineries. Created by executive chef Bryant Cunningham, original Thanksgiving dishes will be offered as complimentary additions for all tasting room experiences at Paraduxx and Goldeneye wineries, and with the Estate Tour & Tasting at Duckhorn Vineyards. This fun and flavorful event will take the mystery out of holiday food and wine pairing, by giving consumers the opportunity to taste Thanksgiving dishes alongside an array of acclaimed wines. Duckhorn Vineyards will be serving Roast Turkey with Italian Sausage, Chestnut, Quince and Cornbread Stuffing paired with its 2006 Napa Valley Merlot. Paraduxx will be offering Slow Braised Short Ribs paired with the 2006 Paraduxx. And Goldeneye will be dishing up Sweet Potato & Mushroom Casserole alongside the 2005 Goldeneye Pinot Noir. Recipes for a complete six-course, wine-paired Thanksgiving meal will be available online, and a special wine shipping discount will be available as part of the company’s online Celebration of Thanks. |
