When you arrive, enjoy a glass of Byington wine, and a nosh while you mingle. For every dish, a cooking station is equipped with a recipe, a chef, and all the ingredients and tools you need. The chef will explain and demonstrate key techniques while you create and learn by doing. After cooking together for about one and a half hours, sit down, relax, eat and enjoy Byington wine pairings! We'll handle all the clean up. The class begins at 12:00 and will last approximately an hour and a half with lunch to follow.

Petite Quiche with Mushroom, Spinach and Fontina
Steak au Poivre with Whipped Potatoes and Heirloom Carrots
Chocolate Eclairs with Vanilla Pastry Cream
