Crushpad’s fusebox brings wine blending out of the winery and into the home

San Francisco, CA - San Francisco, CA—November 28, 2007—Crushpad, the urban winery that is democratizing wine making, today announced the launch of fusebox, the wine blending kit that brings a professional-level wine making experience to the home. fusebox combines entertainment, education and great wine in a 15-pound box containing everything necessary for a group of four to have fun while discovering how some of the world’s greatest wines are blended.
Wine blending is considered the highest art form and personal expression in winemaking, where good wine is turned into great wine. With fusebox, wine enthusiasts can try to re-create some of the great Cabernet blends from history and try their hand at blending and comparing their own creations. With bragging rights on the line, participants can even sample a Mystery Wine, then compete to decode its individual blending components with the “Guess the Mystery Blend” online game at fuseboxwine.com.
The fusebox wine blending kit retails for $120 and includes:
