Wine Sales Manager – Wine Bar

We are seeking Assistant General Manager candidates in Uptown Park as well as our newest location in CITY CENTRE.
Responsibilities:
•Extensive knowledge of wines and food pairings
•Full understanding of inventory, pricing, and cost controls
•Ability to share wine knowledge and encourage sales
•Outgoing and engaging personality
•Knowledge of Houston market
•Creativity in sales environment
•Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service
•Great customer service attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
•Experience:
•Minimum 2+ Years of Restaurant/Wine Bar Experience
•Extensive wine knowledge and understanding of the wine industry, both retail and on premise
•Some retail wine experience preferred
Education:
•Some College Preferred
