Job Description:
We are importers and distributors of fine wines focusing our efforts on rare, unique, indigenous grape varietals – wines the typical consumer has never heard of - grapes that could other wise reach a level of extinction because they are so unknown and grown in such limited quantities. We are seeking individuals ready to service, support and introduce a unique portfolio of fine wines throughout our expanding Michigan market.
Qualifications:
Successful candidate will have: dynamic personality with ability to build strong restaurant & retail relationships, organization and follow-up skills including maintaining customer call list. Qualifications include: strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to network and expand contact base, ability to provide marketing and training support as required for customers, setup and participation in wine dinners, wine tastings and other related events, strong passion for wine.
Contacts in the restaurant industry and wine retail arena a big plus.
Compensation is commission based.
