Job Description:
Small funded family wineries located in Sonoma County CA, looking for someone to sale and market our wines. Sales/ marketing knowledge in wine industry is a must. Person should have excellent sales record and a proven track record in having helped to establish a brand in ultra premium segment.
Candidate will focus on direct sales to Restaurant and Hotels, and establish and maintain relationships with chosen distributors.
Candidate will help to establish a market for our wines in California first, and second the balance of the US. Possible export to Europe.
Candidate will actively manage, maintain and grow, wineries direct sales email client, and help establish a wine club.
Candidate will use wineries website as a prime marketing tool to market our wines, and maintain website through our website vendor.
Candidate will attend wine tasting and events with intent to grow our customer base and establish branding for the winery
Candidate can work out of his home
Position requires traveling
Good communications skills are required
Computer knowledge a must
Candidate must be goal driven, and thrive on sales success
Salary plus commission potential is $60-80
Qualifications:
• College degree
• At least 5+ year’s sales experience with demonstrable track record of CLOSING!
• Wine background required
• Computer skills/ Intermediate Word-Excel skills
• Good communication skills
• Detailed and organized
Details
Full time. Base salary plus commissions. Health, vision, dental.
Salary plus commission potential is $60-80
