Details: Explore your senses and learn to pair your favorite foods with wines that will enhance them even further. John Ash, named “Cooking Teacher of the Year” by the International Association of Culinary Professionals, is one of the most recognized authorities in food and wine pairing. Often referred to as the “Father of Wine Country Cuisine”, Ash will guide students to sharpen their tasting technique then explore how food and wine interact. Students will learn the six basic flavors that will help any cook make food and wine work better together.
