About the winemakers: Representatives from five wineries will be on hand at the event to pour and talk about their wines. The group is from the D.O.C. (Controlled Denomination of Origin) Prosecco di ConeglianoValdobbiadene, Italy’s largest and best-known region for this sparkling wine.
