Some think it is difficult to have sparkling wine with food – it is not and you will see! Chef Shannon Hughes (former owner/chef of Pangaea) will present wonderful foods to pair with sparkling wines – it is meant to be educational as well as fun. It will also be limited to a certain number of people to allow more one-on-one discussion.
