San Diego, CA | | Details: Guest speakers have been announced for this fall’s annual San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival. James Beard award-winning author Laura Werlin will present a class on cheese basics. Local food writer Marcia Hunt will present “The Bold and the Beautiful,” instruction in the selection of bubbly wines. And lastly, headlining the list of local chefs will be La Jolla favorite Bernard Guillas of The Marine Room. The festival is in its fourth year and benefits the American Institute of Wine & Food culinary arts scholarship program. Over 700 wines, 60 local restaurants and 30 gourmet food companies will participate in this year’s five-day event.
