Details: Mantra Restaurant Showcases Fine Wines at Monthly Tasting Event Truchard Winery Featured at April 25 “Wine Hour” Mixer Palo Alto, CA - Mantra Restaurant has announced a Truchard Winery “Wine Hour” tasting event scheduled for Wednesday, April 25 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Anthony Truchard, owner of Truchard Winery, will be present at the event. Tastes of four Truchard Winery offerings will be paired with appetizers prepared by Mantra Executive Chef Sachin Chopra.
