San Jose, CA95126 | | Details: Descriptor Seminar: The J. Lohr Descriptor Seminar is designed to help individuals develop an objective criterion for evaluating wine and an expanded wine vocabulary. Participants start with a simplified component tasting (sugar, acid and tannin), then experience aromas and bouquets by smelling emphasized descriptors (apple, butter, peach, vanilla, etc) in wine solutions, and finally use their new found analytical skills tasting various J. Lohr varietal wines. Age 21 and older only. All Sales Final.
