Los Gatos, CA95030 | | Details: The French Cellar announces their first wine appreciation class that explores the relationship of dark chocolate to red Bordeaux and vice versa. Eight various Bordeaux blends of Caberbet Sauvignon and Merlot from different chateaux, Left Bank and Right Bank, will be tasted. Sampled with each wine, will be selected chocolates noirs from the famous Parisian chocolatier, RICHART. Classes are limited to 16 participants and are $65 per person. Reservations are required.
