Details: Thursday, November 15th, 2012 Chef’s Choice Surprise Menu Every Thursday at ToasT Enoteca & Cucina Three- courses, paired with three wines (3 oz. each) for $30 per person. Each week we feature dishes not found on our regular menu! Antipasto Crostini con puree di carote alle erbe e limone. Mashed carrot with fresh herbs and parmesan cheese on a grilled crostini. 2010 White blend, “Tenuta di Salviano”, Umbria, Italy. Primo Risotto alla zucca e gamberetti. Pumpkin risotto with shrimp. 2007 Roero Arneis, “Michele Chiarlo”, Piedmont, Italy. Secondo Coniglio al forno. Oven roasted rabbit served with cannellini beans and grilled polenta. 2007 Super Tuscan, Fattoria L’Arco, “Noir”, Tuscany, Italy.
