Details: Thursday, November 1st, 2012 Chef’s Choice Surprise Menu Every Thursday at ToasT Enoteca & Cucina Three- courses, paired with three wines (3 oz. each) for $30 per person. Each week we feature dishes not found on our regular menu! Antipasto Prosciutto “Pata Negra” e pere. Thin slices of Pata negra ham, served with fresh pears. 2007 Albariño, Finca de Arantei, Rias Baixas, Spain. Primo Cozze ripiene. Stuffed mussles au gratin with bread and parmesan cheese with a butter sauce. 2010 Donnafugata, “Anthilia”, Sicily, Italy. Secondo Lasagna di melenzane e carne. Eggplant and meat lasagna baked with grana padano. 2011 Malbec, “Trivento”, Mendoza, Argentina.
