Chef RJ Cooper of Rogue 24 and Chef Katsuya Fukushima, former competitor and two-time winner of the Food Network's "Iron Chef America," partner to create a cutting-edge comparative French tasting menu.
Chef Katsuya and Chef RJ will showcase a "then and now" French celebration. Working off classic French recipes inspired by Julia Child and then putting a modern twist on the same dish will allow for a retro re-make that adds intrigue and freshness to your plate and palate. Watch as the two chefs prepare each dish in two completely different techniques, while sharing tips and tricks on how to modernize any dish!
