Your morning begins at the event's reception where you will indulge at the Bubble Bar and a vast display of tray passed hors d'oeuvres, collect your bidder paddles and sample a few freshly shucked oysters by Carlsbad Aquafarms. At 10:30, the Live Auction begins where upwards of 25 magnificent wine lots will be sold. The auction is moderated by Master Sommelier Joseph Spellman.
