Boston, MA2116 | | Details: Pairings restaurant in The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers has just launched Steals from the Vault, a vinophile’s dream. Hand-selected, 90+ rated wines, by the restaurant’s master sommelier, Jonas Atwood, will be offered for a mere $10 per glass. Beginning October 25th, Pairings’ bar will highlight two classic wines each Monday night.
The Steals from the Vault series offers wine enthusiasts the opportunity to sample premium wines never before offered by the glass. The wines slated for the first four weeks of this program either meet or exceed the industry’s 90+ plus rating criteria. To qualify for a ninety-plus rating, a wine must be considered “outstanding,” and “of superior character and style” by wine experts.
Highlights of this menu, available every Monday night at 5 p.m., include:
