| Details: We'll have a luau feast provided by Larry Vito's BBQ Smokehouse, opening with a 'pupu hour' of assorted island appetizers including Maui-style Ahi Poki Skewers and Hawaiian Rolls.The buffet wil feature Pulled Kahlua Pork (smoked low and slow 'til meltingly tender, Huli-Huli Chicken (marinated just like they do on the Big Island with crushed pineapple, soy, garlic cane sugar and ginger) . Rick will pour some Amphora wines in a quest to see which wine works best with the Shrimp and Mango Dip and the Petite Glazed Pork Riblets.
