The University Club of Chicago will be transformed into an epicurean market place, with a walk around tasting featuring signature red meat creations from Chicago’s finest restaurants, big red wines and ports, and a silent auction of all things related to red meat, red wine and more.
St. Francis Winery and Vineyards, located in the heart of Sonoma County, will present their big, bold, full-bodied Sonoma County wines along with their new Wild Oak wines – the very embodiment of Sonoma Valley’s top vineyards and grapes, to pair with the each chef’s special red meat creation.
