| Details: Have you ever wondered how the winemaking teams develop the tasting notes for each of their wines? In this seminar you will learn how they arrive at each of the descriptions and aroma profiles. You will use the 5 "S" technique to understand and breakdown the various aromas and nuances in a wine. You will develop this technique and put it to work as you taste through all five of the White Oak wines. |
