Taste each oil in its native state and again in its use in three traditional Italian dishes, while the olive oils will be expertly paired with one of MARTINI’s famed sparkling wines. MARTINI Sparkling Wine Ambassador and respected wine connoisseur Jimmy Cefalo will add his unique wine perspective in the spirited discussion of pairings, terroir, and viticulture. While Jimmy is known by many as a former Miami Dolphins wide receiver and voice of the Miami Dolphins, he also has a passion for wine, namely Italian wine.
