| Details: The holidays are the perfect time to throw a cocktail party! A successful cocktail party is all about presentation, flavor and fun. In this class Chef George Geary will have you sample a variety of gourmet cocktail and appetizer recipes. This class will allow you to walk away with the knowledge to throw a holiday festivus of your own. During the course of this class, you will sample a variety of holiday themed cocktails. You will dine on a smorgasbord of sweet and savory hors d’oeuvres. We will also discuss tips for affordable recipes, food preparation shortcuts, and other ways to make life easy for the busy party host.
Tickets are $85 per person. The class starts at 6:30pm in the Garden Ballroom. Class sizes are limited and require a prepayment to reserve class space. A 72-hour cancellation is required for a class credit. Reservations can be made by calling 209.371.6160, or emailing townehouserest@winerose.com.
