An in-store food demonstration and wine pairing all will enjoy
Gary’s Wine & Marketplace is welcoming Food Network Executive Chef, Robert Bleifer and Entwine Wines to the newly renovated, Bernardsville location for an exclusive in-store cooking demonstration and wine tasting on Saturday, May 11th from 12pm-4pm.
Chef Robert will spend the afternoon teaching patrons how to properly pair food and wine. Customers will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious dishes prepared by the Food Network Executive Chef, which have been crafted to pair harmoniously with the Entwine Wines. As one of the Food Network’s super stars, Chef Robert is responsible for everything from managing a kitchen of ten, to hands-on food styling and cooking for special events, to coordinating network production teams. He also was a part of the blending team for Entwine along with fifth generation winemaker Karl Wente.
Using a shared passion for food and wines as the guide, The Food Network and Bleifer created the Entwine Wines. Entwine is the coming together of extraordinary things, perfectly balanced flavors, it is the coming together of food and wine. The wines are delicious on their own, yet also work with the flavors of food to make any meal more enjoyable.
