Details: Join us at Saracina Vineyards on Saturday, August 18, from 5:00 to 8:00pm for an authentic Farm to Table experience. This year’s Pinot and Pig Roast showcases Chef Joe Reuter, who trained at the French Laundry in the art of French charcuterie, and in Norcia, Italy in the traditions of the Italian salumeri. This promises to be our best feast yet! The Heritage Breed roast pig, raised locally and sustainably on 17 acres of improved pasture, will be accompanied by Saracina’s critically acclaimed Klindt Vineyard Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 2010, among other selections from our Saracina cellars. Begin with appetizers and music at the wine caves, then dine at dusk on roasted pig and a delicious presentation of savory accompaniments in Saracina’s beautiful cypress alley.
