Indulge your senses in Hawaiian fusion cuisine through the eyes of Roy himself, as he partners with Executive Chef Jon Sloan of Roy's San Diego Waterfront to bring you a wine dinner exclusive to the 9th Annual San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival.
Featuring the acclaimed wines of Caymus Vineyard, Chef Yamaguchi and Chef Sloan create an eclectic 5-course pairing menu based on the culture and passion of Hawaii and its lush produce. Pulling from an array of 90+ point wines from Caymus Vineyard of the Napa Valley, the chefs are bringing together the best of the west for one unforgettable meal.
