Each of the four varieties will be expertly paired with one of Chef James' tapas recipes to perfectly complement the flavors and aromas of the duo. Focusing on Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez, Chef James will walk you through the characteristics and tasting notes of each sherry variety and further explain the appropriate tapa pairings.
