| Details: This week's Microbrew Monday selections are from Uinta Brewing Co. Stop into any one of our three locations this Monday January 9th from 5-7PM to sample any four of these Utah natives.
Uinta Hazel Amber Wheat Ale- This amber wheat ale has a balanced malt body, hints of coriander, and bright hop character.
Uinta Hop Notch IPA- Bold and refreshing, this IPA combines an abundance of hops with a smooth malt profile.
Uinta Baba Black Lager- Robust and smooth, this full-flavored lager is pitch black in color with smoky and nutty flavor notes.
Uinta Dubhe Imperial Black IPA- Combining aspects from both an IPA and a black lager, this brew features a toasted, chocolaty dark malts flavor with a punch of hops.
