| Details: Join Dashe Cellars on Saturday, November 13, between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., for its Annual Paella Fiesta Fall Open House, featuring master paella maker Gerard Nebesky. Gerard will be there—fresh off stints cooking for American Idol and Dancing With the Stars— manning his famous giant paella pans, with buckets of ocean-fresh seafood and baskets of farm-fresh vegetables. For non-seafood-loving fans, there will also be spicy sausage and chicken-based paella, and even a vegetarian paella option, all served alongside a delicious array of new and current release wines from Dashe Cellars. The event will also feature special barrel samples from the highly anticipated 2009 vintage wines. To help set the mood, the evening will also offer live Spanish music and wine-paired Spanish cheeses. |
