| Details: Fiamme Restaurant & Cantara Cellars have teamed up to deliver a most unique dinner and show event, The Grapes of Laff(sm). The four-course wine dinner features pairings from Cantara Cellars hand-selected by vintner Mike Brown. Stand-up comic genius John DiCrosta will headline the evening.
Menu:
First Course
Grilled Shrimp, onion, red and green pepper on a bed of baby greens drizzled with a chili sauce with both sweet and heat
Paired with Cantara Cellars 2007 Chardonnay
Second Course
Chicken Marsala tender chicken breast sautéed with marsala wine and mushrooms served simply with mashed potatoes
Paired with Cantara Cellars 2008 Old Vine Zinfandel
Third Course
Grilled Rack of Lamb topped with an apple cider vinaigrette Sauce and served with an intriguing garnish of fried onion rings
Paired with Cantara Cellars 2008 Syrah-Cabernet Sauvignon
Fourth Course
Chocolate cake with drizzled with a raspberry sauce and topped with a candied walnut.
